Duties

- Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and friendly service
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments with attention to detail and accountability
- Maintain food safety and food handling standards by adhering to health regulations and proper sanitation procedures
- Supervise team members during shifts, providing guidance on serving techniques, customer interactions, and safety protocols
- Oversee the dining area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests




- Assist in training recent staff members on restaurant procedures, POS operation, food safety practices, and customer service excellence

Qualifications

- Proven restaurant experience with a strong background in food service or hospitality environments
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order entry and cashiering
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling techniques, and health regulations
- Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and inventory management
- Previous experience supervising or leading team members is preferred but not required; leadership qualities are highly valued
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
