Supervise and support Machining employees' performance
Manage workflow and resource allocation effectively

Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards
Conduct annual performance evaluations and counselingRequirements:
College diploma or applicable technical experience
5+ years’ supervisory experience as a certified Machinist
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing preferred
Hands on experience with milling and CNC machines
