This full time role requires a minimum of two years of GTAW/GMAW welding experience in a production workplace. Candidates should be proficient in interpreting technical drawings and demonstrating a robust mechanical aptitude. Your work will contribute to manufacturing fabrications for the Oil and Gas, Forestry, Heavy Duty Truck, and Mining sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform GTAW/GMAW welding on aluminum components
• Follow internal and customer prints for quality assurance
• Set up welders based on material thickness
• Use supportive tools safely and efficiently
• Interpret weld prints for dimensional accuracy
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of Aluminum GTAW/GMAW welding experience
• Ability to interpret technical drawings
• Experience with hand tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Level C certification or CWB tickets are assets
