Alberta Health Services seeks graduates for the Graduate Nurse Transition Pilot Program (GNTPP). The program spans 12 months in two phases: Enhanced Orientation with a Clinical Guide, followed by Independent Practice with mentor support.
You will be paired with experienced peers to build skills, confidence and competence in a secure, supportive setting. As an RN, you will deliver diverse nursing services, focusing on patient safety, health promotion and holistic care.
