Under the guidance of the Quality and Operations Manager, you will lead maintenance work at Eden Mental Health Centre. The role requires a 5th Class Power Engineer Certificate and at least one year of supervisory experience in a maintenance workplace. Your experience will play a crucial role in maintaining the building’s integrity and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate work flow for optimal service efficiency
• Manage contractor services and general building maintenance
• Arrange and monitor performance of outside contractors
• Ensure accurate completion and reporting of work orders
• Delegate tasks to Maintenance or Groundskeeping personnel
Requirements:
• Complete Grade 12 education
• 5th Class Power Engineer Certificate required
• Minimum one year experience in healthcare facility maintenance
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Management certification/leadership courses are an asset
