As the Business Center Operations Leader, you will report directly to the Regional Business Leader. This role emphasizes operational efficiency and resource management while achieving financial and performance objectives. You'll partner extensively with the Business Center Practice Leader to implement annual budgets and business plans, ensuring the success of the Business Center.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage operational areas for continuous improvement
• Oversee monthly financial statements and actions
• Lead annual budgeting in collaboration with the BCPL




• Identify and address underperformance within the BC
• Ensure productive resource management aligned with workloads

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of management experience
• Proven leadership in financial management and consulting
• Skilled registration in a related field
• Robust communication and people leadership skills
• Commitment to safety and operational standards
