Your current

As Technical Director, you will lead the technical function across a portfolio of geotechnical projects, overseeing design, bidding, and execution. You will play a key role in driving business growth while ensuring technical quality, safety, and operational performance.

Key responsibilities in
Leading and mentoring the technical
Overseeing design development, submissions, and shop drawings
Supporting bid preparation and contributing to winning work
Driving process improvements and technical excellence
Collaborating with operations leadership to deliver projects efficiently
Building strong client and stakeholder relationships

Contributing to strategic growth and business development with current and future clients

What you'll need to succeed





To be considered for this vital and important role, your background should
include8–10+ years’ experience in a similar leadership role, ideally in a similar i
ndustryDegree in Civil Engineering or related dis
ciplineStrong background in geotechnical, foundations, or ground impr
ovementProven leadership and team development cap
abilityExperience with design and estimation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, DeepEx/DeepFND –
asset)Strong client-facing and business development
skillsAbility to operate across design, commercial, and operational fu

nctions

Ideally you are located in the HRM, consideration will be given to those living in New Brunswick as long as you are able to travel to Halifax as expected.
