In this full time position, work collaboratively with community agencies and the Children’s Review Committee in Peel. You will leverage your skills in service navigation, program development, and data reporting to support families in need. This role is crucial for streamlining service resolution processes while ensuring compliance and effective communication among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with community service agencies for effective resolutions
• Strengthen capacity for addressing complex needs in children and youth
• Review service requests for accuracy and compliance




• Serve as a point of contact for service coordinators and partners
• Facilitate meetings and support committee presentations

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Social Services or related field
• Understanding of Service Resolution systems in Peel
• Experience in program development and data reporting
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in French or other languages is a plus
