We at Coforge are hiring a Guidewire Delivery Leader with following skillset :
18–20+ years of IT delivery experience.
10+ years leading Guidewire programs in the P&C; Insurance domain.
Mandatory expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter plus ClaimCenter or BillingCenter.
Proven ownership of portfolios with $8M+ annual revenue and 50+ member teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of Guidewire transformation, implementation, upgrade, cloud, and AMS engagements.
Own delivery governance, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and account growth.
Serve as the primary client-facing leader for executive stakeholders and steering committees.
Drive onsite-offshore delivery excellence, risk management, and program execution.
Mentor delivery managers, architects, and cross-functional teams.

Ideal Candidate: A senior client-facing Guidewire delivery leader with proven success managing large insurance portfolios, executive stakeholder relationships, multi-million-dollar revenues, and large distributed delivery teams.
