Key Responsibilities:

• Define and track success metrics for stakeholders

Requirements:
• 5+ years as Business Analyst or Process Consultant
• 3+ years ServiceNow experience, including IT Asset Management
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Effective communication and workshop facilitation skills
• Certified System Administrator and BPA certification preferred
