CIMA+ is searching for a Highway Lead to join its Transportation group in Edmonton. This leadership role requires extensive experience in highway engineering and project management, overseeing projects from design to construction. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, foster client relationships, and help steer CIMA+'s strategic direction in Alberta.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full project lifecycle for major highways
• Develop and review project execution and QA/QC plans
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams for project delivery




• Serve as primary client contact with robust stakeholder relations
• Mentor junior staff to enhance team performance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Technologist’s Degree
• Minimum 15 years in highway engineering and project management
• Registered Qualified Engineer (P.Eng.) or equivalent
• Solid familiarity with Alberta highway design standards
• Proven leadership in large, complex projects
