Department Overview Within CPB (Canadian Personal Banking), the AI2 (Analytics, Insights and Artificial Intelligence) team supports the day-to-day activities of the CPB businesses by providing consultative support with data & analytics-based business insights and/or solutions to guide decision making and/or strategic planning. We work with business partners to address their analytics needs by providing end-to-end support of data, reporting, analytics, insights, and artificial intelligence solutions. Senior Manager, Data Science, CPB AI2, Credit Cards, Loyalty, & Personal Lending You'll take the helm of a diverse, inclusive and collaborative group of Data Scientists supporting the Credit Cards, Payments, Loyalty, & Personal Lending (CCPL&PL) business. As a leader with vision,



you will drive forward a strategic analytics agenda at the forefront of credit card acquisition, cardholder engagement, and personal lending product line and pricing strategy through a multi-pronged roadmap across analytics, AI/ML and business intelligence. You'll bring your talent for relationship-building to the forefront, working closely with business leaders to drive value through creative and creative analytical solutions. You'll work together to master business objectives and identify opportunities for driving value. From there, you will oversee the development of ongoing analytics projects and initiatives, using your vast expertise to walk them through the process and provide ongoing support. Most importantly, your leadership inspires leadership in others, as well as the drive to execute with speed and precision and help bring TD into the future of business. As a Senior Manager, Data Science You Will Own and drive the full analytics roadmap for Credit Card Acquisition & Engagement and Personal Lending business areas, including analytics & insight, business intelligence and AI/ML initiatives to drive significant business value. Own credit card acquisition campaign optimization, including offer testing, funnel improvement, and channel productivity gains, in close collaboration with product and marketing partners. Design and launch tactics and strategies to continuously enhance cardholder engagement and drive retention. Support creation of new acquisition campaigns and tactics across both consumer and business credit card portfolios. Evaluate personal lending product and pricing changes to facilitate portfolio growth and business profitability. Drive insights and support forecasting of card acquisition, customer segmentation, channel performance, and campaign profitability. Lead a team of Data Science professionals/specialists ensuring alignment to vision and roadmap. Build trusted relationships with CCPL&PL business partners and other key internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration on analytical solutions to key business problems.
