We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join a HVAC company in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and French, providing exceptional customer service to our diverse client base.

Pay: $55,000.00

Job Type: Contract for 4 to 6 months (Possibility of Extension)

Job Duties:
Process and manage new orders for residential products from the e-commerce site and clients
Manage orders by sourcing products from the factory/third-party suppliers, keeping vendors and clients informed of the status of all ongoing projects, planning deliveries to meet client appointments in accordance with client requests.
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in English and French, providing timely and accurate information to resolve client concerns.
Communicate with colleagues or partners in English-speaking provinces of Canada and the United States
Offer support to clients in English and French, resolving issues, and escalating complex issues to senior teams as needed
Make necessary modifications, additions, deletions,



substitutions, or cancellations to orders, including making arrangements for equipment to be modified.
Act as the first point of contact for updating order and delivery information.
Establish billing and forecasts for monthly sales.
Offer services or support to an exclusively English-speaking clientele
Interact with an English-speaking clientele

Required Qualifications:
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer service context and/or post-secondary education in HVAC/R.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional attention to client needs with experience in handling calls and email messages
Organized and autonomous individual who can meet deadlines and work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a rapid-paced workplace.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
Bilingual (English - French) with robust communication and interpersonal skills
