Responsibilities
As a Server/Bartender, you'll be expected to assist in all aspects of front-of-house operations, including:
- Providing friendly, efficient customer service
- Taking food and beverage orders
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Running food and beverages
- Bussing and resetting tables
- Greeting and seating guests
- Assisting with hosting duties
- Maintaining a clean, organized dining room and bar area
- Working as part of a fast-paced team to ensure an exceptional guest experience
Requirements
- Valid Smart Serve Certification (required)
- Previous serving experience is preferred (1–2+ years is ideal), but we are happy to train the right candidate with little or no experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable working split shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays, and long shifts during busy periods
- Reliable transportation is required. Applicants without a vehicle must live in Lively or have dependable transportation to and from work.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
