Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties to support efficient service flow
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using cash handling procedures
- Ensure food safety standards are upheld by following proper food handling and sanitation protocols




- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest services and resolve any issues promptly
- Restock supplies and assist with meal preparation as needed to support restaurant operations

Experience

- Previous food service experience in restaurants, hotels, or similar hospitality settings is preferred but not required
- Solid customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or equivalent cashiering tools is advantageous
- Experience in food handling, safety procedures, and basic food preparation is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen experience or barista background can enhance your ability to support diverse restaurant needs
- Prior hospitality or hotel experience is beneficial for understanding guest expectations and service excellence
