✅ HR Case Management

✅ Employee Center Portal

✅ HR COEs

✅ REST/SOAP Integrations

✅ ACLs, Workflows, Flow Designer

✅ CSA Certification (Mandatory)

✅ CIS-HR Certification (Mandatory) Responsibilities:

Architect and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions

Lead HR Case Management and HR COE implementations

Design Employee Center experiences

Develop integrations with enterprise applications

Provide architectural guidance and best practices
