We are recruiting an FTE first-level customer support person for a software company located in Toronto.
This is an in-office role located in North York. The first 3 months is 5 days in the office and will be 4 days in the office after that.
Must have B2B customer support experience. You will be providing support to clients across North America. This role requires the ability to interpret data and explain it to the customer, becoming the product expert and guiding the client through the usage of the product.
Experience and/or the ability to deal with large organizations is nice to have.
