Key Responsibilities:
• Assist building supervisors with mechanical system maintenance
• Handle preventative maintenance on life safety systems




• Respond to tenant service requests effectively

Requirements:
• 4th Class Power Engineer certification or in progress
• Minimum 3 years in a related operational role
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet physical demands
