About Dr A M Kahane Dental
Located in Fernie, BC, we seek a licensed Dental Hygienist to join our full‑time team. The role focuses on preventive care education, treatment planning, and developing personalized home‑care routines.

Schedule
32–40 hours per week
Monday through Friday
Temporary contract considered for suitable candidates
What We Are Looking For
Current registration with the BC College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP)
Successfully completed the National Dental Hygiene Certification Examination (NDHCE)
Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR for Healthcare Providers certification
Preferred certification in local anesthesia administration
Experience with digital radiography and electronic dental records
Experience in a general practice or multidisciplinary dental clinic preferred
Recent graduates welcome
Experience with dental practice management software such as Cleardent is an asset
Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
Customer service mindset
Team orientation
