This role focuses on managing in-service monitoring activities within a team-oriented workplace. Your expertise will guide the implementation of strategies, improving reliability and efficiency across the aircraft operations. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle various tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the preparation of the In-Service Monitoring Plan
• Track and coordinate monitoring activities and reports
• Implement recommendations from monitoring outputs




• Facilitate communications between various teams
• Prepare and manage airworthiness risk reports

Requirements:
• B.Eng., B.Sc. or equivalent engineering diploma
• 3+ years of relevant aircraft experience
• Familiarity with rotary wing monitoring programs
• Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities
• Eligibility for necessary security clearances

Drive safety and efficiency improvements in the CH149 fleet by coordinating and implementing top-tier monitoring strategies.
