Join Open Door Group as a Community Engagement Coordinator in Edmonton, Alberta. This full time position is focused on outreach and community relationship management through November 2028.
The role requires establishing partnerships across social service providers, schools, and other entities to promote ODG's services. A commitment to our mission and a solid understanding of Disability, Equity, and Inclusion principles are necessary. You should have a diploma in a related field along with three years of relevant experience to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strengthen partnerships with diverse local organizations
• Lead community outreach initiatives and events
• Promote ODG services to various stakeholders




• Foster solid relationships with indigenous and cultural communities
• Facilitate discussions around shared client solutions
Requirements:
• Diploma in Marketing, Business, or Human Resources
• At least three years of experience in a similar role
• Valid Driver’s License with personal vehicle access
• Transparent criminal records check including vulnerable sector
• Knowledge of human rights and DEI guidelines
