Heron’s Landing Hotel, operated by Tiger Investment Co. Ltd., is seeking a Hotel Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure productive service delivery, staff supervision, and guest satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
Recruit and hire staff
Supervise staff and conduct performance reviews
Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
Conduct training sessions
Perform front desk duties
Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
Prepare marketing plans and implement marketing activities
Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities
Enforce policies and procedures
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Assist clients/guests with special needs
Develop and implement business plans
Establish work schedules
Organize and maintain inventory

Skills and Qualifications

A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required

A minimum of 2 years of experience in the accommodation or hospitality industry is required

Robust organizational, leadership, and communication skills
