You won't be handed busywork or filler. From day one, you'll take real Figma designs and turn them into live, production-ready sites for companies betting real budgets on the result, learning directly from developers and designers who've been doing this at a high level for years.

1 to 3 years of professional Webflow development experience, or a robust body of work if you're just starting out
A portfolio of live, published Webflow sites you actually built, not templates you customized
Robust grasp of Webflow's CMS, responsive and breakpoint design, and clean class naming and structure
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS beyond what Webflow generates for you
High standards, a fast learner, and hungry to do work you're proud of

Experience with custom code or JavaScript inside Webflow (embeds, interactions beyond native IX2)
Familiarity with Finsweet Attributes or similar Webflow libraries
Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, and Wix
Awareness of how site structure and page speed affect SEO
Agency experience, or juggling more than one client project at a time
