As the lead in this energetic role, you will support construction and maintenance activities while ensuring environmental compliance and safety protocols are met. Your leadership will coordinate daily operations, monitor system performances, and manage material inventory effectively. Work collaboratively with diverse teams to guarantee operational success at the site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead dewatering system installation and maintenance activities
• Track and manage water transfer systems and alarms




• Organize inventory control for components and materials
• Direct operations teams during field activities
• Conduct inspections of water management systems and respond to issues
Requirements:
• High school diploma mandatory; further education in a relevant field is an asset
• 5 years of experience in mining or industrial water management
• 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience required
• Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
• Demonstrated understanding of water management compliance
