Dillon’s Land Development Business Unit invites you to apply as a Civil Project Manager with a focus on subdivision and ICI site plan projects. You will oversee project activities, manage client relationships, and collaborate effectively with internal teams. Your role also includes detailed coordination of engineering designs while providing mentorship to junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project management for subdivision and ICI site plan projects
• Coordinate activities and assure quality with supporting staff
• Manage budgets and invoicing while communicating with clients




• Supervise post-construction activities and related tasks
• Prepare detailed designs including earthworks, grading, and utility coordination
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in project management within Civil/Land Development
• Solid communication and report writing abilities
• Experience with Ontario projects is beneficial
• Knowledge in sewer design and hydraulic analysis
