In the Project Lead position, you will support daily procurement operations while embarking on significant transformation projects. Your role is integral to ensuring adherence to public sector directives and developing robust procurement policies and processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Map current workflows and analyze gaps in processes
• Create future-state SOPs and documentation standards
• Establish compliance monitoring and reporting frameworks
• Build a centralized digital repository of procurement resources
• Guide internal teams in policy updates and training
Requirements:
• 3-year post-secondary degree in relevant field
• 5+ years of public sector procurement experience
• Proven ability with BPS Procurement Directive
• Qualified certification in supply chain preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
