Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the interpretation of collective agreements and grievance resolutions
• Guide leadership in performance management and conflict resolution
• Chair Labour Management committees actively




• Manage discussions regarding Pay Equity for assigned unions
• Develop training and communications on HR policies

Requirements:
• University degree with a CHRP designation is essential
• Three years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Previous experience in unionized environments required
• Knowledgeable in employment law compliance
• Proficient with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
