Key Responsibilities:
• Manage entire contracting process from review to execution
• Advise and educate teams on contract requirements




• Calculate payment arrangements and negotiate terms
• Coordinate AR recovery and delinquent accounts
• File documents related to liens and bankruptcy

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related
• 5+ years in contract and risk management
• Robust understanding of commercial risk analysis
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract tools
