Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, rapid‑paced indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities

You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.

Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.

Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.

Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.

Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Qualifications

Valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license for a vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lb.

Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent military service.

Robust customer‑service orientation.

Self‑motivation and the drive to work in an workplace that relies on teamwork to meet goals.
