Key Responsibilities:
• Lead EHS for Alliance and Design-Build projects
• Ensure seamless integration of EHS into project planning
• Implement project-specific EHS management frameworks
• Collaborate with leaders to embed EHS into delivery




• Oversee incident prevention, investigations, and corrective actions

Requirements:
• 15+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience
• Strong experience with cooperative contracting models
• Proven success in leading high-performing EHS teams
• Knowledge of Canadian health and safety legislation
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
