Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise execution of Scrum and project teams daily
• Act as liaison between technical teams and stakeholders
• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and release planning
• Identify risks and drive solutions to maximize delivery
• Collaborate in standardizing procedures across teams
Requirements:
• Experience in quick-paced project management settings
• Understanding of Agile process sizing techniques
• Familiarity with tools like Sharepoint and Confluence
• SCRUM Master or Scaled Agile certifications are advantageous
• Ability to drive team productivity improvements
