QA Analyst / Automation Tester – Multiple Openings (Canada – Remote/Hybrid). Mindways Consultancy is actively building a pipeline of QA Analysts, Automation Testers, ETL QA, Data QA, and SDET professionals for multiple client opportunities across Canada. Remote, Hybrid, Onsite; Contract & Permanent Roles. We are supporting enterprise projects in Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, Government, and Technology sectors.

Responsibilities
Create and execute test cases
Develop automation scripts
Perform regression, integration, and system testing
Validate data using SQL queries
Track and manage defects
Support UAT and releases

Qualifications
Manual Testing
Automation Testing (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
SQL & Data Validation
ETL / Data Warehouse Testing
Snowflake
API Testing (Postman, REST)
Jira / Azure DevOps
Agile / Scrum
Additional assets: Java, Python, Power BI validation, Azure/AWS/GCP, CI/CD pipelines

Compensation
Permanent: $40,000 – $90,000 annually
Contract: $30 – $90 per hour
