Pomerleau seeks a Geotechnical Engineer for its expanding Methods and Temporary Works Design team. In this role, you will design and manage geotechnical components for temporary structures. Contribute to all phases, from preconstruction to execution, while collaborating with subcontractors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate geotechnical engineering submittals and client communications
• Ensure quality and safety through regular compliance checks
• Collaborate on onsite and lab test evaluations




• Review external designs to optimize solutions
• Develop accurate geotechnical models and plans
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
• 10+ years of relevant experience in geotechnical design
• Familiarity with construction site environments
• Eligibility for Qualified Engineer (P.Eng.) license
• Experience in seismic design is a plus
