Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs and create care strategies
• Coordinate with healthcare teams for holistic care
• Provide crisis intervention during emergencies
• Conduct educational sessions on health and wellness
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and reporting
Requirements:
• Registration as RN/RPN with BCCNM
• At least one year working in addictions
• Completion of relevant substance use training
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications
• Solid organizational and communication skills
