You will be responsible for operating woodworking machinery, adhering to company standards, and maintaining shop tools. This role is ideal for organized individuals passionate about learning and excelling in a fulfilling job setting. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and manage woodworking machinery daily
- Abide by safety and quality protocols
- Maintain and schedule shop equipment
- Review and understand cut lists for assigned work
- Collaborate on tasks assigned by the Production Manager Requirements:
- Background in woodworking or cabinet-making preferred
- Experience with machinery and hand tools is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
