As Project

Manager, you will oversee Repair & Overhaul and New Build projects, ensuring quality, cost, and timeliness. This role is critical for managing end-to-end project delivery in the AGT division. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Customers, engineering, and procurement, to maintain strict adherence to schedules and budgets. Your expertise in risk management and proactive communication will drive success in complex industrial environments. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Power Turbine Repair & Overhaul and Recent Build project execution
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective delivery
- Track KPIs and report performance through dashboards
- Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders
- Implement continuous improvement actions based on lessons learned Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- PMP certification preferred
- Proven experience in managing complex projects
- Strong communication and influencing skills
