Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of the facility Maintenance Program
• Mentor and oversee maintenance technicians' daily activities
• Plan maintenance shutdowns across operational areas
• Collaborate on reliability improvement initiatives
• Ensure timely calibration of all instruments
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Over 8 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Proven background in managing Preventive Maintenance programs
• Deep understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals
• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible
