We are currently looking for an LTL Operations Manager for our Vaughan terminal.

Schedule: Sunday to Thursday from 10:00pm to 6:30am

Position Type: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: Up to $85,000, will be based on experience

Workplace address: 9501 Hwy 50 Vaughan, ON L4H 2B9

Coach, train and mentor your supervisors
Daily PM Dock performance, monitoring and adjustments
Increase Scanning Compliance, both Inbound & Outbound
PM Reweigh and Recube, improve revenue capture on the Dock
Reduce miss-directs and damages on customer shipments
Customer shipment audits when required
Ensure employees follow health & safety guidelines
Cross train staff to ensure adequate dock coverage daily
Action on all last-minute shipment requests

Do you fit the job profile?
Previous Management experience in the Transportation Industry is preferred




Must be able to exercise initiative, multi task and work well as part of a team
Organized and detail oriented
Proficient with computer programs/dispatch systems and Microsoft office
