We are looking for a seasoned lawyer to facilitate the Knowledge and Practice Innovation initiatives in our litigation group. Your expertise will be key in creating resources, implementing technology solutions, and leading educational efforts that enhance legal practice. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices are shared firm-wide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for the Practice Group
• Maintain and organize critical legal knowledge resources
• Keep Practice Group informed on significant legal updates
• Create impactful business development resources
• Design training materials for legal professionals
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of client-facing litigation experience
• Solid writing, analytical, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with legal technology and problem solving
• Proven project management experience
• J.D. or equivalent, must be in valuable standing with the BC Law Society
