Key Responsibilities

Plan, organise, and control production activities to meet scheduled targets and quality standards.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the production facility.

Lead, motivate, and develop production staff to attain high performance and engagement.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing costs.





Monitor production metrics and generate reports to inform management decisions.

Collaborate closely with quality assurance and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operation.

Manage resources effectively, including workforce scheduling and equipment utilisation.

Qualifications

Demonstrable experience as a Production Manager or similar role within the food processing industry.

Robust leadership capabilities with experience managing teams in a rapid-paced production workplace.

Thorough understanding of food safety standards, HACCP processes, and quality control principles.

Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to analyse production data and drive improvements based on insights.

Flexible approach to working hours to accommodate production demands.

Relevant qualifications in production management or food technology are desirable.
