You will spearhead assessments, designs, and rehabilitation efforts while fostering strong client relationships and driving business development initiatives across British Columbia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and expand the Building Envelope team through mentorship
• Develop client relationships and identify business growth opportunities
• Oversee assessment, design, and restoration projects from start to finish




• Conduct assessments of roofing systems and building envelope components
• Maintain QA/QC protocols and enhance technical standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related engineering discipline
• Minimum 10+ years in building envelope or related projects
• Qualified designation such as P.Eng., CET, or equivalent
• Proven leadership experience in team management
• Strong communication and project management skills
