Project Manager – Interior Renovations

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 + RRSP + Benefits

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee interior renovation projects from planning through completion. This role is ideal for a construction qualified who understands fast-paced renovation work, occupied spaces, tight schedules, trade coordination, and the importance of delivering clean, high-quality finishes.

The ideal candidate has robust experience managing commercial interiors, office renovations, retail, hospitality, or institutional renovation projects and can confidently manage budgets, schedules, trades, consultants, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage interior renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout
Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and project reporting
Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients
Identify risks, resolve issues,



and keep projects on schedule and within budget
Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
Ensure projects meet quality, safety, design, and client expectations

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Project Manager within interior renovations or commercial construction
Strong understanding of renovation sequencing, finishes, trade coordination, and site logistics
Ability to read drawings, manage budgets, and understand project schedules
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Experience working in occupied spaces or phased renovations is an asset
