Insight Global is looking for a Tech lead to join a leading insurance company. You will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive solutions for various contact centers AI platforms.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-7+ years of experience as a developer/architect/tech lead
-Experience working with Complex Integration projects (GCP preferred or AWS)
-Fundamental understanding of Contact Centers (Five9, Google Gemini Enterprise CX, Amazon Connect, or Genesys) -Comfortable using AI
-Robust proficiency in Python for backend service integration
-Positive communication skills with ability tot work with cross-functional teams
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Certification in GCP or AWS.
-Knowledge of AI governance and responsible AI practices.
