As an HS&E; Advisor reporting to the Manager of HS&E;, you will utilize your knowledge of environmental health and safety systems to implement effective safety measures at worksites. This role requires at least two years of relevant HS&E; experience and emphasizes your ability to communicate findings and recommendations clearly. Participate actively in safety audits and drive continuous improvement in safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop hazard assessments to mitigate workplace risks
• Conduct inspections and audits, reporting outcomes
• Collect and analyze performance data from incidents
• Create reports to share findings with stakeholders
• Support incident evaluations and safety program implementation
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HS&E; experience
• High school diploma or related degree preferred
• Pursuing qualified HS&E; designations preferred
• Excellent communication and detail-oriented skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and various software
