EviSmart is hiring an AI Adoption Strategy Leader to embed AI solutions in sales, finance, product, and customer success functions. Your mission will involve mapping existing workflows, creating tailored AI resources, and driving effective adoption sprints. You will interact closely with teams to ensure AI's integration transforms daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Map workflows to discover AI integration points
• Create function-specific prompt libraries for users
• Develop comprehensive SOPs and onboarding guides
• Oversee adoption progress and user feedback
• Cultivate genuine buy-in from influential team leaders
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience with software rollouts
