In this impactful role, you will lead construction activities and ensure productive subcontractor performance in office. Reporting to the Senior Superintendent, you will manage essential tasks related to scheduling, budget alignment, and safety compliance, with moves to Fort Saskatchewan as the project develops.

Key Responsibilities:
• Directly manage project operations in line with compliance needs
• Oversee acquisition and maintenance of permits and insurance
• Coordinate testing and approvals for project mock-ups




• Resolve issues related to design clarifications and scheduling
• Manage billing and evaluate work completed monthly

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Four years of relevant construction management experience
• Robust knowledge of safety regulations and construction practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools
