You will implement targeted sourcing strategies and lead efforts to develop talent communities that support future growth and strategic workforce planning. Your role will include providing market intelligence to enhance hiring effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Target and map market talent segments effectively
• Build proactive pipelines across consulting fields
• Design campaigns aimed at attracting niche candidates
• Manage stakeholder relationships to align on priorities
• Track and report on candidate engagement metrics
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years in sourcing or talent acquisition
• Expertise in sourcing and recruitment metrics
• Solid experience with Boolean search techniques
• Ability to adapt to emerging sourcing technologies
• Bilingual (English/French) considered an asset
