In this full time role, the Children’s and Youth Ministry Leader at Faith Fellowship Baptist Church will provide essential guidance and oversight for our vibrant children’s and youth programs. Key responsibilities include building mentorship strategies and fostering a community of engaged young believers. Collaborate closely with the Senior Pastor and the church’s leadership team to address planning and administrative needs for ministry effectiveness.

• Implement discipleship and mentorship strategies
