Clark Builders seeks a Sustainability Specialist to enhance our sustainable construction initiatives across projects in Alberta. This role is pivotal in managing and executing sustainability programs aligned with regional and national goals.

Initially based in Edmonton, this position will shift to a project site near Fort Saskatchewan. You will oversee sustainable practices from design meetings to project completion, ensuring all criteria are met under sustainability rating systems. Your leadership will be essential in promoting best practices across our teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement site-specific sustainability initiatives
• Organize and lead sustainability meetings
• Collaborate with various project stakeholders




• Ensure compliance of documentation with sustainability standards
• Track and communicate program progress effectively

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of related experience
• LEED certification or in progress highly valued
• Proficiency with contract documents
• Robust communication and organizational skills
