We are looking for a QE Accessibility Lead with a robust 5–10 years of experience in QA/QE. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to integrate accessibility into our SDLC. Your expertise will ensure adherence to WCAG standards across various applications, enhancing user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead web and mobile accessibility testing initiatives
• Conduct manual validation using WAVE and Axe
• Validate user experiences with assistive technologies like NVDA and Keyboard navigation




• Define testing strategies and ensure quality gates are met
• Enhance testing frameworks using automation tools

Requirements:
• 5–10 years of QA/QE experience with robust accessibility knowledge
• Comprehensive understanding of WCAG, ARIA, and Semantic HTML
• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
• Exposure to Agile and CI/CD methodologies
• Skills in REST API testing practices
